- Check the name in the KRS and in the trademark database
- Decide on shareholders, management board and capital
- Prepare the parent company’s documents with apostille and translation

- Qualified signature or Trusted Profile for the management board
- Articles of association via S24 or at a notary
- KRS application and fee
- Registered office address in Poland

First 30 days
- CRBR within 14 days of entry
- NIP-8 and bank account within 21 days
- PCC-3 on the articles of association
- VAT and EU VAT registration
- KSeF access

First 90 days
- Accounting and calendar of deadlines
- Employment contracts and ZUS registrations
- Work permits for non-EU nationals
- Internal regulations, GDPR and privacy policy
