01 · Introduction

A board member or employee from outside the European Union needs a legal basis to stay and work in Poland: a visa, work permit, residence card or EU Blue Card.

We prepare applications in the electronic procedure and keep track of deadlines and employer obligations. Citizens of the EU, EEA and Switzerland do not need permits; we only help them register their residence.

02 · Scope

What the service includes

  • Work permit
  • National visa
  • Temporary residence card
  • EU Blue Card
  • Employer obligations and notification deadlines

03 · What it means

What it means for you

For you this means that key people can start working in Poland legally and the company does not risk penalties for illegal employment. We match the residence basis to the person’s role: board member, specialist, posted worker.

A Polish residence card also allows travel within the Schengen Area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

Who it is for: Companies bringing board members and key employees to Poland.
